Dryer

The need for drying of peanuts needs a different temperature and airflow for optimum drying. As the moisture seeds of the material change its drying characteristics changes. Same to the presence of moisture, the drying air temperature also changes.

Generally, on a belt dryer, the drying air passes through the material for effective drying. Moreover, the drying air direction is changed alternatively from top and bottom, besides that of the dryer air direction is changed alternatively from top and bottom, thus uniform drying is acquired in the moving bed on a conveyor.
