What Is a Gravity Separator Machine?
A Gravity Separator Machine is a density-based separator built to clean and upgrade a lot by removing material that is lighter or heavier than the good product, even when every particle is the same size. A porous deck is vibrated at a controlled stroke while a fan blows air up through it, creating a fluidised bed in which light particles rise and heavy particles stay in contact with the deck. Because the deck is tilted both along its length and across its width, the heavy fraction walks uphill to the high discharge edge, the light fraction flows downhill to the low edge, and the middle fraction exits between them.
