High Performance Pressure Blower
Heavy duty centrifugal blower engineered for pneumatic conveying, dust collection and cooling, and supplied as an Industrial Ventilation Fan for extraction duty across industrial processing lines.

High Pressure Blower Overview
Swastik Technology designs and manufactures high-performance pressure blowers built for reliability, durability and energy efficiency. A High Pressure Blower moves air at high static pressure so that dust, husk and heat can be carried through a plant’s ducting instead of being handled by hand. The same unit is specified as an Industrial Ventilation Fan when the duty is pulling dust-laden or heated air out of a working area. Every industrial centrifugal blower we build is engineered to deliver powerful airflow and consistent performance across pneumatic conveying, cooling systems, dust collection and general air handling processes. Each impeller is precision balanced to reduce vibration and noise, which keeps running smooth and close to maintenance free. Robust materials and advanced impeller design give this industrial air blower range excellent static pressure together with usable volume flow, and several models are available so the machine can be matched to your specific air pressure and flow requirement. Selected as an Industrial Ventilation Fan, the same casing and impeller clear heated, humid and dust-laden air out of enclosed areas. As an established industrial blower manufacturer and High Pressure Blower manufacturer, Swastik Technology supplies each unit as a standalone machine or integrated with cyclones, ducting lines and airlocks inside complete peanut, grain and sesame processing plants.

What Is a High Pressure Blower?
A High Pressure Blower is a centrifugal air-moving machine that uses a rotating impeller inside a spiral casing to raise air pressure and drive a controlled volume of air through ducting. Unlike a simple fan, which mostly shifts large volumes against very little resistance, a High Pressure Blower is designed to work against resistance — long duct runs, bends, cyclones and filter media — and that is what lets it convey product, pull dust off a machine, or ventilate an enclosed area. In a processing plant the same machine is often called an Industrial Centrifugal Fan or an Industrial Ventilation Fan, depending on whether it is pushing air into a process or drawing air out of it. Sizing an Industrial Ventilation Fan follows the same logic: the air volume to be cleared, plus the resistance of the duct route it has to overcome. It is normally mounted alongside the equipment it serves and tied into the plant’s ducting line, with a cyclone and airlock downstream wherever dust has to be separated and collected.
How Does a High Pressure Blower Work?
Air Intake
Air is drawn in through the inlet of the High Pressure Blower casing towards the centre of the rotating impeller.
Impeller Acceleration
The motor-driven impeller throws air outward, adding velocity energy as the industrial centrifugal blower converts rotation into air movement.
Pressure Build-Up
The spiral casing slows that fast-moving air and converts velocity into static pressure, which is what allows the unit to work against long duct runs and bends.
Discharge into Ducting
Pressurised air leaves the outlet and travels along the ducting line to the point of use — a conveying line, a drying chamber, or the extraction hood of an Industrial Ventilation Fan circuit.
Dust Separation or Exhaust
Where the duty is extraction, the industrial exhaust blower carries dust-laden air into a cyclone, where solids drop out and cleaned air is released. On an Industrial Ventilation Fan circuit the cleaned air is vented outside the building.
Key Features of High Pressure Blower
Applications of High Pressure Blower
Pneumatic Conveying
Moves husk, dust and light product between machines through ducting instead of mechanical handling.
Dust Collection & Extraction
Works as an industrial exhaust blower and Industrial Ventilation Fan, drawing dust away from decorticators, graders and destoners into a cyclone.
Cooling Systems
Supplies a steady air stream where machinery or processed product has to be brought down in temperature.
Drying Support
Feeds air through dryers so moisture is carried away from peanuts, sesame and grain at a controlled rate.
Plant Ventilation
Serves as an Industrial Ventilation Fan, clearing heated, humid or dust-laden air out of enclosed processing areas and drawing fresh air in behind it.
Process Air Handling
Provides consistent pressurised air wherever a cleaning, separation or aspiration stage depends on steady airflow.
Materials Processed by High Pressure Blower
Benefits of Using a High Pressure Blower
Removes dust at source, so an Industrial Ventilation Fan keeps plant air quality within comfortable limits
Protects operators and machinery from airborne dust build-up, with Industrial Ventilation Fan duty clearing what settles in the air
Replaces manual handling of husk and light waste with automated conveying
Keeps drying, cooling and cleaning results uniform through consistent airflow
Energy-efficient design holds running cost down over long production shifts
Low vibration and noise support a long, trouble-free service life
