Loading Lift
A heavy duty Loading Unloading Conveyor and Truck Loading Conveyor engineered for fast, low-damage loading and unloading of trucks, containers and warehouse dispatch points, on a mobile or fixed chassis to suit your yard.

Loading Unloading Conveyor & Truck Loading Conveyor Overview
Swastik Technology’s Loading Unloading Conveyor is a heavy duty belt conveyor engineered to move bagged, boxed or loose bulk material into and out of trucks, containers and railway wagons quickly, without the manual lifting and repeated handling that slows down a loading bay. Also known as a Truck Loading Conveyor, the machine is built on a wheeled or skid-mounted chassis with an adjustable incline, so one unit can serve multiple vehicle heights and dock positions across a warehouse or plant yard. As an established Loading Conveyor Manufacturer and Belt Conveyor Manufacturer, Swastik Technology builds this range as a Mobile Loading Conveyor for yards that load several trucks a day from different bays, and as a Portable Loading Conveyor for seasonal or multi-site operations that need to shift the unit between godowns. Warehouses, cold stores, cement and fertilizer bagging plants, grain trading houses and export packing units rely on this equipment as a Truck Unloading Conveyor as much as a loading machine, since the same incline belt reverses direction to bring material down out of a vehicle onto a stack or pallet line. Whether a plant needs a compact Portable Belt Conveyor for occasional dispatch or an Industrial Loading Conveyor engineered for continuous multi-shift loading bay operation, Swastik Technology matches belt width, incline angle and chassis type to the site and required throughput.

What Is a Loading Unloading Conveyor?
A Loading Unloading Conveyor is an inclined belt conveyor built to carry bagged, boxed or bulk material up into a truck, container or wagon for loading, or down out of the vehicle for unloading, replacing manual carrying and stacking at the point where goods change hands between storage and transport. Material is placed onto the belt at the low end, either by hand, from a hopper, or from an upstream conveyor line, and the belt carries it up the incline to the discharge point positioned at the vehicle’s tailgate or door opening, where it is stacked or guided into place. Because the chassis height, incline angle and belt speed can all be adjusted, this equipment, often called a Loading Unloading Lift on site drawings, serves trucks and containers of different floor heights from the same base unit rather than needing a separate fixed conveyor for every dock. Depending on the application, the same working principle is supplied as a fixed Inclined Belt Conveyor bolted into a permanent loading bay, or as a Mobile Loading Conveyor on wheels that can be rolled between multiple dispatch points in the same yard. Built specifically for loading bay duty, this machine remains one of the most dependable pieces of Material Handling Conveyor equipment used at warehouses, plants and export terminals wherever trucks are loaded or unloaded every day.
How Does a Truck Loading Conveyor Work?
Positioning
The conveyor is wheeled or positioned at the truck, container or wagon opening and the incline angle is set to match vehicle floor height.
Loading the Belt
Bags, boxes or bulk material are placed onto the belt at the infeed end, either manually or from an upstream line.
Inclined Transfer
The belt carries material up the incline at a controlled speed, keeping a steady, even flow toward the discharge point.
Discharge into Vehicle
Material reaches the head end and is guided into the truck, container or wagon for stacking by the loading crew.
Reverse for Unloading
For unloading duty, the belt direction is reversed so material placed at the vehicle end travels back down to the yard or store.
