A Round Grader is a grading machine in which several circular screens are stacked inside a round frame that moves in a gentle circular motion. Peanuts are fed onto the top screen, and as the frame moves, each deck lets product smaller than its perforations fall through while carrying larger pieces to a separate outlet. Because the screen openings get finer from top to bottom, the machine divides one mixed feed into several size grades in a single pass.
