4G Grader
A heavy duty Four Deck Grader and Grain Grading Machine engineered to sort seed, grain and peanuts into uniform size grades in a single pass, so buyers receive consistent lots and processors lose less good crop to downgraded product.

Four Deck Grader Overview
Swastik Technology’s Four Deck Grader is a precision sizing machine that passes seed, grain and peanuts over four stacked, vibrating screen decks, each fitted with a different perforation size, so that product leaves the machine in separate, uniform size fractions. Also supplied as a Grain Grading Machine, it is built as a Multi Deck Grader for processors who need several grades from one feed rather than a single cut. Known in the trade as the 4G Grader, the range is specified as a Grain Grader by flour and rice mills, and as an Industrial Seed Grader by seed companies that sell lots by size. The wider Agricultural Grading Machine family also serves groundnut processors, sesame exporters and pulse packers. Every unit is built as Seed Processing Equipment that slots straight into a cleaning line, sized to the crop, the grades required and the throughput the plant runs.

What Is a Four Deck Grader?
A Four Deck Grader is a sizing machine in which four screens are stacked one above the other inside a vibrating frame. Product is fed onto the top deck, and as the frame oscillates, each screen lets material smaller than its perforations fall through while carrying larger pieces along to a separate outlet. Because the screen openings get progressively finer from top to bottom, the machine splits one mixed feed into several size grades in a single pass, which is far faster and more consistent than grading by hand or running the same lot through a single-screen machine repeatedly.
It works on size, not density, and in that respect it differs from a Destoner Machine. The sizing function is the same one carried out by a Screen Grader, with four decks giving the extra grades that many mills, seed companies and exporters now require. Placed after the cleaning stage and before packing, this Grain Grading Machine is where mixed crop becomes saleable, uniform product.
How Does a Grain Grading Machine Work?
Feeding
Pre-cleaned grain, seed or peanuts are spread evenly across the top deck through a feed hopper.
Vibration
A motor-driven eccentric drive shakes the deck frame so material travels steadily across each screen.
Screening
Each deck passes material smaller than its openings downward and carries larger pieces forward.
Size Separation
Perforation sizes get finer deck by deck, so the feed divides into distinct size fractions.
Grade Discharge
Each size grade leaves through its own outlet into bags, bins or the next conveyor.
Key Features of Our Four Deck Grader
Applications of the Grain Grading Machine
Flour Mills & Rice Mills
Sorts wheat, rice and paddy by size ahead of milling and packing.
Groundnut & Peanut Processing
Works as a Peanut Grader and Peanut Grading Machine, sorting kernels and in-shell pods into size grades for sale.
Peanut Export Packing
Acts as a Peanut Size Grader that meets the size-count specifications overseas buyers set.
Seed Companies & Multiplication Farms
Works as a Seed Grader and Seed Grading Machine that gives uniform, saleable seed lots.
Sesame & Pulse Cleaning Lines
Removes undersize and oversize product to lift the final grade of the lot.
Oil Mills & Crushing Plants
Sizes seed ahead of crushing to keep extraction consistent.
Crops & Materials Graded
Benefits of Using a Four Deck Grader
Produces several uniform size grades from one feed in a single pass.
A Grain Grading Machine lifts the selling price by letting lots be sold to a specified size.
Meets buyer and export size specifications before container loading.
Cuts the labour of manual sorting and hand grading.
Reduces undersize and oversize product mixed into premium lots.
Improves seed uniformity, which supports even sowing and germination.
Continuous duty design suited to mill and seed plant throughput.
Low breakage compared with repeated passes through single-screen machines.
