The peanut decorticator is manufactured to shell peanuts and is an inner part of the shelling system with high efficiency, high capacity, and minimum split recreation.
It is also designed with ease of operation and low maintenance in mind. The shelling grates are simple to change out and can be sharpened as per the requirement.
This quick change feature allows the operator to change shelling grates quickly as the size of the peanut changes. That is directly driven by its motor and gear reducer, decorticator will start up under load.
There are 2 blower windows in each machine. These windows are smoothly adjustable to give the proper distance between the window and the shelling grate.
